Didot Magazine

Dedicated to high fashion, specifically 18th century extravagance in King Louis XIV’s court, this fictional magazine is intended to read like an art exhibition. I’ve used white space and ads from elite fashion brands to give off the suggestion of luxury and exclusivity. For the cover, I placed an image of Madame de Pompadour, who is considered one of the most influential women in French history – both at court and in society. She embodied the look and feel of the magazine: high fashion, luxury, and elegance.
